Designing s/w for these people first requires understanding a bit of their psychology. If you havent read this, make sure you read it…

Btw, i learnt that some of the most common features of any s/w you are gonna build, make sure they are visible to the naked eye. And ya, smart software that guesses what you are trying to do is a lot helpful..
