[GMail]Dotty Dotty Addresses….
May 27, 2006 | 3:54 pmWell, I’m writing about something else, but I guess I just can’t wait to post this. Here’s a neat trick that works for GMail Addresses…
Well, it looks like GMail removes dots[.] from the address! Well, this means you can give out an address like mailto:y….u……v….i…p…a…n…d…a@gmail.com, and it’ll correctly deliver the mail to mailto:yuvipanda@gmail.com!
Well, I’ve tested this, and it works. You can put as many dots as you can, and it won’t complain as long as the dots are not after the last character of your username. So, got it ?
