Flickr’s search API is not returning all results, and I’ve been getting empty photo tags on more than one ocassion. What gives?

The first thing that crosses my mind is the fact that Javascript uses “0″ to represent January: http://tinyurl.com/3eq3r7
@Andrew: Doesn’t work that way - Flickr says those are mySQL timestamps. Also, I’ve gotten several “12″ months representing december, and many “1″ month photos which when manually checked resolve to January. So, this is a bug.
